How do We Avoid Her?

I can't attach my bg from my phone but MIL is co. She doesn't live very far from is and after some public embarrassments on her part where she showed her true self to everyone, she has finally stopped stalking our house and trying to use DNE to force contact with us.


I am starting a new thread because of a New issue that has come up. We live in a pretty small town, MIL lives about 1.5 miles one way and BIL lives about 2 miles the other way. There are 4 elementary schools in our town, and kids are split up by school based on location. My daughter's school is a block and a half away from us, and where MIL lives is technically part of that schools area. BIL lives really close to another school, Which is where I assumed dne would be starting kindergarten at.


I found out today that somehow Dne is enrolled to start at dd's school. The only way this is possible is if BIL lied and gave MIL's address instead of his own. The problem is that MIL is the "babysitter" for dne. Which means she will be picking him up from school everyday. At the same place I get dd from. The school knows from last year that my dd is not EVER to leave with her, but there it's now no way we will not see MIL daily. I'm sure she will make a point to drive by our house again everyday too.


I'm at such a loss here. I honestly don't know what to do in this situation at all...
