Gratuitously OT: Breakfast Ice Cream- yes or no?

Today I came up with an idea for how to make a lot of breakfasts for DH ahead of time. I have a super healthy smoothy recipe (frozen berries, green fruit/veg powder, coconut oil, protein, yogurt/probiotics, chia, minerals. etc) that my husband and I enjoy. Today used the Vitamix to turn it into a into a kind ice cream (more like sorbet, really) of a soft serve consistency and it is setting in the freezer. I plan on packing it into small mason jars once it is set. DH isn't home yet, so I have no idea if he is going to go for it. On one hand, ice cream for breakfast. On the other hand, it's February and WTF. We'll see what he says.  LOL There's a poll.
