Since I met my SO my MIL didn't really like me. She told me it's because she got attached to my SO ex-girlfriend - which wasn't my problem, clearly. She ran my baby shower, the my DD nursery, was even coming in my room to take my newborn DD at the time. As we were both sleeping; not knocking, just entering. SO worked 14 hr days so I was complain to him and he couldn't see his mom doing these things but didn't believe I was lying - he basically didn't want to get caught in the middle of things. She would post rude indirect things about me on FB, told me I took her son from her, and even was on google trying to find ways to "get rid of grandbaby's mother". She invited her whole family over when DD was born at the hospital without consulting me. SO and I moved about an 1hr and a half away and she's always trying to come over, always face timing, always calling, and it's so annoying. With a baby on the way I honestly feel like I don't want her apart of any of our lives. I'm so over my MIL I'd be fine with seeing her once a year but we fought 24/7 with my DD because she wanted to control everything that I do not have good thoughts about her and my unborn child. Or my DD, what are some good suggestions?
