This my first post here. So I now 32 weeks pregnant and I will be having a c-section for my second child, with my son I had it at 37 weeks I am not sure when I will have it this time. My MIL just visited us at the beginning of this month and she ask me when will I have the c-section I told her I didn't know yet. So when I have the baby my husband will get 1 week off work I want that week to be very private just my husband, son and newborn l know I am going to be uncomfortable due to the c-section and whole new baby adjustment. But my MIL text me today asking if she can come at the end of the month which will be around the time of me possibly having the c-section. I have a small place so usually she brings an air mattress and sleeps in the living room which is fine with me because I understand she wants to see her grandson (although she is not a very playful grandma she interacts with him and mostly takes picture and sends them to FIL) Her and I have very little to talk about so we usually don't talk much after 1 hour of her arrival which makes me uncomfortable specially after 3 days of no break from her being in the living room. She wake up early and goes to bed very late and usually our routine is alter when she visits because she is a guest and we try to be nice and my husband goes along with her schedule. Anyway I don't want her to come when I go have the baby she is not going to make things any easier for me, I will only have to be trap in my room in order to get some privacy I know my husband will feel like he has to be on host mode for her and I will be alone... How to do I tell her to plan a visit 2 weeks after the baby arrives to give us more time to settle also I will like them to go to a Hotel so they can come visit and go. I don't know how my baby is going to be but my son didn't sleep at night time for the first month and it was crazy for us I will be sometimes crying out of frustration or simple watching a movie while a try to make him sleep, since they will have to camp in my living room I will prefer if they go to a Hotel so I don't have to deal with her and FIL overnight. I hope this makes sense. Thank you for any advice
