My mom has been overly mean to me at least 3x in past month. I told her why I was upset & she wrote back to me basically blaming/attacking me! I never responded. I read "You are not Crazy, It is your mother" cover to cover over the weekend & everything in it describes my mother! I'm seeing a therapist today for the first time ever hoping that it will help me feel better about myself & more.
Last night I got a call from my brother who has NEVER called me ever. My mom tried to get him to guilt me to start talking to her again. NOPE! She's trying to manipulate my family into thinking SHE is the victim. UGH
