Hey there , usually I just lurk. But today I can't help to post what's bothering me more then anything!
Mil & Fil are active in our lives , DH talks to them almost everyday. There have been a few times we've put them on TO for certain things but usually they are very good people.
Today DH slipped and told them how our dryer stopped working. Of course they know I like to buy used items because we simply don't have the money to spend 400$+ on a new peice. I also buy used things for our house and it has worked out for us. But MIL doesn't like that and isn't afraid to express her opinion!
It angers me because they struggle financially to the point where we would constantly send them money but yet they had everything new , everything expensive and nice! Like I don't care, but if you're going to judge me on how I live don't ask me for money, because our decisions have allowed us to save compare to being broke having to ask family for money yet having the nicest things.
Seriously this is the third strike this year with family members hurting my feelings, usually I snap back and argue but pregnancy has caused me to be more soft then ever before!
