My husbands mother texts me occasionly and when she does she will screen shot the convo and later sent it to my boyfriend. Weird, right? Well last week was my birthday and for the past 7 years I have received a card but this year I didnt. So I messaged her asking if she had sent one. I was just wanting to know incase it got lost in the mail and I never said thanks. I didn't want her to think I got it and was a bitch and didn't say thank you. She told me she sent one and didn't know why it hadn't arrived. I had also asked my husband if she sent one and he grabbed it in the mail. He immediately texted her and told her I asked, sent my husband to convo and was all "she asked me too." He called me a whiney baby and said I needed to worry about my own mother. I haven't talked to my mom in 3 years. Anyway, they were trash talking me.. his mom said I only wanted the card for the money she sent...... and he told her she should have wrote his name on the check. They talk like this about me often. I hate it. If I do receive it I am thinking about just ripping the check. I don't give a shit about the money, I just didn't want to appear as a bitch if I didn't know she sent one and it got lost. I only know this because I snooped and looked on his phone. If I say something he will change his phone password :/ Would this bother you guys?? Should I assume they say way worse during phone calls and just leave his ass?
