My family was invited out to dinner with my MIL inlaws. There we were DH, DS (3), DD (4 months), and myself. We had DD in her stroller and waited for 30 minutes for seating for all 12 of us. We are being escorted to our table when I went to the restroom to change DD's diaper and I get to the table the stroller is no where to be seen. DH tells me it's at the entrance so I go and grab our baby carrier come back and DH has DS and is leaving the table. He grabs my arm says let's go. So I wait until we are in our car to ask why. He tells me that SFIL sister refused to let the stroller be seen at her table. Now we are debating how to react to any more invites for family gatherings like the holidays. Any advice? We are thinking just a TO because inviting a family with a infant means all the infant cap too but I will admit to to upset to care right now.
