So... on my debil newsfeed today, a post by a woman that I don't know popped up because one of my "friends" liked it.
It was a grandmother announcing the birth of her granddaughter with a "you'd think a grandmother would know her own granddaughters name" complaint, and a thank you to the person who sent her the picture... said person is not the parent of this baby. The entire post is totally public, no privacy settings.
I found the mother's profile. I don't know her, she doesn't know me. Do I send her a screen cap and a link to DWIL, or do I file this under "not my circus, not my monkeys."
Things to consider: I don't want to cause drama for a newly postpartum mother, but I also feel like I'd want to know about this if I were her.
Edited to add: the grandmother included the baby picture in her post.
