Noah continues to have a wonderful senior year, I can't believe he's about to graduate! The last post was that he had won Homecoming King in Sept. Let's see, he finished Special Olympics BBall and they won a Bronze Medal. The coaches asked me to design and order a patch to wear on their uniforms to honor his best friend Piper who had been on the team for years, longer than Noah.
Then he competed with his SO Equestrian team at the Houston Rodeo and won a real cowboy belt buckle, he was thrilled! The Area and State competitions are coming up.
He is going to both Proms with a SO teammate (she goes to the other HS) and for his, a group of his typical friends Invited those two in a limo to dinner and then to the dance. He's the only Senior in the Special Services Dept so he doesn't have others to go with.
I finished his formal tshirt quilt for graduation (I made the big brother one with his Boy Scout tshirts) and with the leftovers made him a rag quilt.
I can only post one picture per post so sorry!
Oh, and we found out yesterday he got the lead in the big musical! He has an integrated theater class that is half special needs and half typical and each year they do a big musical. This year they are doing Honk! The story of the Ugly Duckling. I can't wait for people to ask him what part he got and he gets to say "I'm Ugly!"
Here come the pictures!
