It took everything in my willpower to not.
I can't believe there are rude, selfish, disgusting people like her in this world. She was here for a week, booked a one way ticket to my area, expected me to house her/take her around/pay for her flight back. I never invited her and told my mom I'm too busy/stressed/pregnant to play host. Mom begged me and said it was her oldest sister and to do it for her.
I sucked it up and tried to go along. From the moment she got here she's been nothing but critical, condescending, and disgusting! She leaves trash on the table, dirty dishes in the sink (she manages to wash the tips of her fingers and doesn't fucking turn off the water.)
Today she asked if I could drop her off at her friends house and that her friend would drive her back later. I agreed. As soon as we got there she told me to wait in the car 15 minutes while she chats with the friend. I was like, isn't your friend going to drop you off later as you stated? She didn't know if they could. I told her I'm going to leave and to take her time, call me when she's ready bc I'm not going to wait in the car like a damn chauffeur.
As soon as I get home she blows up my phone and said a she's ready to be picked up. Annoyed but roll with it and pick her up she proceeds to tell me I misheard her and tells everyone (relatives at my house) that it was my mistake.
She eats grapes and leaves the seeds on the table. Told me 5x that I'm going to have premature labor, I told her to stop saying that bc it's rude and I want to carry my baby to term. She argued that I'm 7.5 months along when I told her I'm 6.5 months. Why the fuck she keeps arguing is beyond me.
We took her out to several outings/meals and she can't say a freaking thank you.
Today I wanted to punch an 80 year old in her fucking face. I still do. Can't wait until they leave tomorrow.
DH thinks she's just old and uncensored. I don't think being old gives you entitlement to be an a**hole. Am I just hormonal and overreacting or is this anger justified?
