I'm pregnant with our second baby. My in-laws have been co since December 2014. We've had a bad relationship since 2007 when my now DH proposed to me. I think they feel I "stole" him away even though we had been together for 4 years at that point. We've been together for 13 years now and married for almost 7. Anyway, they told him (in December 2014) that he "married the wrong person" and since then I have co, so they can have no contact with me or our son.
I am now pregnant with our 2nd. We just told my parents and sister and her family yesterday. They were very happy. However, over text yesterday, my sister mentioned "you know, the minute you tell DH's brother and family, your inlaws will find out, too" and I said "link we asked of you all, we're going to ask that they keep this to themselves".
After that text exchange with my sister, I've been having the worst anxiety about my inlaws knowing information about what's going on in our lives. They can't spread the good news about another grandchild they won't have contact with.
Does anyone else have this issue? How does anyone deal with co family members knowing things about their life? It actually sickens me to think of them knowing.
