So I found out that my SIL has been feeding my 1year old pop and candy while at daycare. I confronted her in a very nice manner (I wanted to rip her throat off). We have been having issues with LO sleeping lately and the doctors can't figure it out- well gee, I wonder why?! They were about to do blood and X-rays on my poor innocent baby!! Anyways she goes and tells MIL that I was very mean to her. (Whatever) MIL told me I'm being ridiculous and that it isn't gonna hurt LO to have sugar as she gave all of hers a lot of sugar when they were growing up- demanded that I apologize to SIL and told me that I made a bad mistake making this decision for my child. Me being the nice person- apologized (even tho I shouldn't have had to....I did nothing wrong)
I told DH about this all. Encounters before this with his ridiculous family he never seen the light. He is finally on my side and we have both decided that a CO is in order for them treating me like this and for not respecting me as a parent. I am so torked right now that I can barely think! They should have been cut off WAY before this scenario.
Question: should I only CO until they sincerely apologize or until I no longer have this grudge against them??
