ExH has boundary stomping parents. ExH is a pushover and allows it. He allowed it during our entire marriage, despite MANY conversations. I effectively put them in TO many times, limited access to myself and the kids during those TO, but exH has never set a boundary with them.
To say it wasn't a factor in our divorce would be a lie. Though it definitely wasn't the main one. I probably stayed around as long as I did in order to be a buffer between the ILs and my kids.
Now that we are divorced things are obviously different. I don't know how much I can say when we have issues with them. They do have more time with my kids AND more time alone with them. (We never let them babysit the kids until very recently)
What can I do or say? If anything.
They're not abusive. However, they undermine our parenting at every turn and completely disrespect us in front of the kids. BOTH of us. But exH do anything about it, even though he doesn't like it.
