We met my in laws at an ice cream parlor for a quick visit. MIL went to sit down with LO (4 months) while we ordered. She got here ice cream, chocolate almond, at the table we sat down minutes later. We took him out of his car seat and I noticed he had a rash. Red with white raised bumps. I turned to her and said did you give him anything? She said just a little drip on her finger she gave him.
