My mil has become my BEC.
There has been things she's done that I find irritating(saying stupid things), and then there was the things I found dangerous(leading her cigarettes where my 1 yr old could grab them).
Now she's become my BEC, everything she does pisses me off. Granted because of how life has happened since the cigarettes thing we have been around her, she was staying at our house. Then this weekend we pass thru Dh's home town to go to a wedding at are stayng at his grandparents house so mil is around. So it might be because I'm around her to much right now. But my question is after someone because your BEC can they ever get out of that? Will everything she does piss me off until the end of time? The logical part of me can see not everything she is doing is dangerous or something to be concerned about. But all of it makes me want to push her...
