FIL said I'm 'not coping'!

Have some BG on here - will link in a subsequent post.

I'm 35 wks pregnant with No 2. FIL and MIL are both my BECs and also a bit BSC. I'm trying to work out whether I'm making a mountain out of a molehill.

I had hyperemesis for the first 20 weeks of this pregnancy. I did an excellent job of looking after DD during this time. DH works long hours. DD is in daycare one day a week. I would spent all week throwing up, then drop her at daycare on her day, head into hospital, get rehydrated, go pick her up. Rinse. Repeat.

My SIL (who I like but don't have much contact with) has just told me that FIL told her I was 'not coping' and that's why I was in hospital. This has made me stabby. There is nothing wrong with 'not coping' and having a stay in a mother and baby unit (or a regular in patient unit) but THAT WAS NOT THE SITUATION. I was coping awesomely, considering. I really want to punch FIL in the face.

1) Am I hormonally overreacting? 2) Should I have a whinge to DH about it or just pick my battles/whinges? I guess the only reason I want to whinge is so DH will say 'what an arsehole', but he won't so probably better to just let it slide? I've dropped the rope with the ILs so won't address it with him.
