Husband's brothers wife wants to work with my husband

So my husband's brothers wife who I've posted about before recently applied to work at the same company as my husband, in the same department! Ironically my MIL is the one who has been pushing her to do this because she has been paying their phone bill and wants them to be responsible.

I want the best for my husband's brother and his wife. I sometimes get rubbed the wrong way because I feel slightly irked like she is out to develop more of a relationship with my husband and not her own with the way she goes after my husband for advice. All week my MIL has been calling/texting my husband with how to get SIL a job with his company and my husband finally says, "just have her call me with what questions she has" to sound nice when he tells me he says that because his mom bugs him too much and he is confident that she can figure it out but he doesn't want to look bad, which is understandable.

I shake it off but can't help but feel slightly like MIL and SIL are badgering my husband too much withought consideration to his family or to me.

I am worried that if SIL begins working with him she'll make excuses to spend time with him and won't respect our relationship. There are plenty of companies to work at, why pick where my husband works?

I won't lie, I am slightly annoyed when I think of it but am doing my best to stay focused on my own issues.
