My SOO is very abusive. I have not spoken to her for many months. She found out some information about me through our mother. She is now sending abusive text messages to both me and my DH.
I don't have a problem with my mother but I know my SOO bullies her and it is difficult for her to stand up to SOO. I don't know why my mother can't just keep her mouth shut about things pertaining to me. Is a CO too harsh in this instance? Obviously I am never going to tell her anything important that I don't want my SOO finding out about ever again. But I am pretty pissed off that this has happened.
