So, I'm going to try to keep this short. Generally I'd mind my own business; because not my circus, not my monkeys...but I think if this were me I'd want to know. Just want some unbiased perspective.
I have BG on the site with regards to my crazy ass family, but I'm not gonna go back into that right now. Ex-SIL left to a neighboring state and lives about 7 hours away with my nephew. She left 5 years ago and cut off my entire side of the family.
While I miss my little buddy more than anything, with my bros drug problem and batshit crazy parents I totally get it.
Bro is now 1 year clean and sober; and apparently has been in contact with ex SIL and got some updated pictures of my nephew. He texted the pics to our parents (I don't have a relationship with them, but I have them on limited access to my profile on the debil so I can try to monitor the crazy); and now they have plastered these all over the debil and are playing GPOTY talking about how they miss him and he's been taken away...yadiyada...
I have made an effort to keep my nose out of this whole shit show, because someday I'd like to be allowed to be a part of my nephews life. I generally wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole; but if this were my kid who's picture was being posted all over the debil you bet your ass I'd want to know.
I'm not sure if I should try to reach out to ex SIL and give her a heads up so she can request the photos are removed or what....I just don't want to give her a reason to be even more pissed off. I know why she doesn't like my side of the family...but I don't want it to be assumed that I am party to this fuckery. I hope this makes sense.
