I have background in here relating to my FOO but not to my ILs (I don't believe), because they've been a basic non-entity for 4 years now. I will link my background in comments but basically:
FOO are ass-hats, scapegoat(me)/golden child(sis) at play, we lost our first child at 34 weeks in 2014, had a rainbow babe in 2015, EEEEEELC with my FOO, living 2,000 miles away, living happily as a small little family unit.
My FOO has made contact three times since DS was born in Sept. 2015. Very short conversations because they don't actually give a damn. I ended up slowly blocking all of my FOO on devil after DS was born because they were stealing and re-posting our pics all over. Dicks. It's been really peaceful for the most part since, and DH, DS, and I are loving life.
So, my ILs were CO the week after our wedding in 2012. SO much llama noms there if interested. Ugh. So we haven't heard from FIL, MIL, BIL, or AILs, since Sept 2012. It's been lovely as they are raving BSC lunatics. SIL has, over the years, made various debil accounts only to send me awful, hate-filled messages that I never read, bh, delete, block, wash, rinse, repeat. Almost always I get one of these messages on my birthday every year because my DH and I share a birthday. This year, it didn't happen, and I thought she'd finally given up, or maybe grown up and realized how fucking immature she was acting. Wrong.
We are currently dealing with a sick baby, both of us are sick, and my DH is working full time (active duty military) and finishing up his bachelors degree...to say we're busy/stressed is an understatement. Today, at about 3 am while I was nursing back to sleep my sick little guy, I look on debil, and what do I see? This bitch has sent both DH and myself a message about what horrible people we are because we have been keeping our children (please remember we only have one living child) from their FAAAAAMILY and that SHE has informed her mommy and daddy and that we WILL hand over our children for the summer as it is high time they got to know their REAL family.
I laughed, delete, bh, fall back asleep with the babes and figure DH will have seen it when we both get up later. At about 6 am (pacific coast) my phone goes off and wakes my up. I see it is a number from our home state, but I don't recognize it, so I let it go to voicemail....one guess who it was...
I don't know how, but SIL found my phone number!!!! How?!?! I've received 100 phone calls from various numbers today, so many rambling, incoherent text messages, and my voice mailbox is full...and it's not just SIL, it's her crazy-ass mother and aunts as well! We've spent 4 years in basic silence, and now somehow they've found out we've had children and are going insane! It was like a knife through the heart every time I heard or read " the children". They obviously don't have much information, and what they have is inaccurate....
And to top things off, I went to rage clean the kitchen this morning, turned on the sink, and I swear it broke in fucking half and proceeded to flood the whole damn kitchen before I could get the waterline shut off!
Help me DWILs.mmy instincts say to block and be the BH, but do I block them? Or take screen shots? And this sudden burst is pretty vehement, and out of nowhere after YEARS of silence...I'm so freaking stressed and so don't want to deal with this...We live across the country and on base, so I don't foresee a lawn tantrum, so at least there's that. I'm just at a loss, feel so stressed, and have no one to turn to in real life (besides dh) because my friends out here are all glitter-shirting unicorns.
ETA: Our debil shave been on lock down since 2012, but I just went and tightened them even more. We don't even do pics of our kids on social media, so there's a mole somewhere giving them info....I just don't know who, or why!
